  • Account information: your name, email address, and timezone when you create an account.
  • Phone number: if you opt in to SMS reminders, we collect your phone number.
  • WhatsApp number: if you opt in to WhatsApp reminders, we collect your WhatsApp phone number and verification status.
  • Goals and preferences: the goals you set, your reminder schedule, preferred delivery channels, and related configuration.
  • AI conversation history: the messages you exchange with our AI assistant during onboarding and ongoing use. This includes your inputs and the AI's responses.
  • Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. Stripe handles this data under their own privacy policy. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID.
  • Message logs: records of reminders and digests sent to you, including the channel used and message content.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver the service: generating personalized daily reminders, weekly digests, and AI-powered accountability coaching based on your goals.
  • AI processing: your conversation history and goal data are sent to AI language model providers to generate reminders, plans, and responses. We use this data to provide and improve the service, not to train third-party AI models.
  • To send messages: delivering reminders and notifications via your chosen channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • To process payments: managing your subscription, billing, and related communications through Stripe.
  • To improve the service: understanding usage patterns, debugging issues, and making the product better.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate Ordino:

  • Supabase: database hosting and authentication.
  • Stripe: payment processing. Receives your email and payment details.
  • Resend: email delivery. Receives your email address and message content.
  • Twilio: SMS delivery. Receives your phone number and message content.
  • WhatsApp Business API (Meta): WhatsApp message delivery. Receives your WhatsApp number and message content.
  • AI providers (currently Google Gemini): AI model inference. Receives conversation history and goal data to generate responses and reminders.
  • Vercel: hosting and serverless infrastructure.
  • Inngest: background job processing.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, goals, conversation history, and message logs for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days after the end of your billing period, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@ordino.fun.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and row-level security in our database ensuring users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., disabling SMS or WhatsApp channels).

Ordino uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
