Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ordino ("the Service") at ordino.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ordino is a personal AI accountability service. You set goals through an AI-powered chat interface, and Ordino sends you daily reminders and weekly digests via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp to help you stay on track. The Service includes a web dashboard for managing goals, schedules, and preferences.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Base plan: $10/month. Includes email reminders plus one additional channel (SMS or WhatsApp).
  • Plus plan: $15/month. Includes email reminders plus both SMS and WhatsApp channels.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Free Trial and Billing

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. After the trial or upon subscribing, your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page or by contacting us at support@ordino.fun.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • Reminders will continue to be delivered until the end of your billing period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, then permanently deleted.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Ordino uses artificial intelligence to generate reminders, plans, and coaching responses based on your goals and conversation history.
  • AI-generated content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any suggestions.
  • Your conversations with the AI are stored to provide continuity and improve the quality of future responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Messaging and Communications

  • By enabling SMS or WhatsApp channels, you consent to receive automated messages from Ordino at the phone number you provide.
  • Message frequency depends on your reminder schedule (typically once daily, plus a weekly digest).
  • Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply to SMS messages.
  • You may disable any messaging channel at any time through your account settings.
  • Email reminders are sent via Resend. SMS is sent via Twilio. WhatsApp messages are sent via the WhatsApp Business API.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Abuse the AI chat system (e.g., attempting to extract harmful content or circumvent usage limits).
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Ordino available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Ordino name, logo, website design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. Your goal data, conversation content, and personal information remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordino and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
